Thank you for choosing Salon Charisma. We want your time with us to be the best experience.

  • First time clients are encouraged to call us so we can discuss your needs. If it is easier, you may send us a detailed e-mail to info@saloncharisma.net. E-mails will be answered during regular business hours.
  • It is best to let us know if you wish to change your hair color.
  • We reserve the right to move or cancel any appointments booked on line.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. We are forgiving of 1 “no-show” or last minute cancellation, since we are understanding of unavoidable circumstances.  If you continue to miss scheduled appointments, we will welcome you to walk-in or call us the day services are needed and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you prefer to reserve future appointments, a credit card number will be required to book appointments. In the event that a 24 hour notice was not given, you will be charged 50% for the missed appointment.

First time clients will receive a confirmation call to confirm the service and time reserved. If we can not reach you 24 hours before your appointment, it will be cancelled. We appreciate your time and understanding.
