Our Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please give us the opportunity to make it right for you.  We are happy to make accommodations to fit your schedule as long as you give us notice within 7 days of the service.


To ensure an appointment, it is best to schedule your next appointment before leaving. Please notify us 24 hours in advance for cancellations to avoid any fees.  Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

Credit Cards

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.  Unfortunately tips cannot be applied when paying with a credit card.


Salon Charisma will provide robes for your convenience and for the protection of your clothing during your salon services. We cannot assume responsibility for damage to clothing if robes are not worn during service.


All purchased products that are returned, with in 14 days, to the salon will be credited towards another product.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used for services and professional products. Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gratuity is not included. Gift cards are not replaceable and must be present for redemption.

Online Appointments

Appointments booked online are subject to be adjusted if necessary.

New clients that do not show for their first appointment, will not be booked any future appointments. We reserve the right to cancel any appointments that may be scheduled on line.
